What is Profit Miner?
It is a free Chrome extension. It automates the process of finding hot product opportunities to sell on Amazon instead of spending hours and hours of manual research, so in summary, it's a product finder software. It comes as a part of the Amazing Selling Machine 11 program.
Requirements to Install it
All you need is the Google Chrome browser. If you don't have Chrome, you can download it free from this link.
Also, you'll need to open Amazon before using the tool because it syncs the results directly from Amazon.

Profit Miner Review (How To Use It)
I'll do this in steps to make it easier for you to follow...
Step 1: Add the Profit Miner extension to your Chrome browser
Once you follow the above link, just follow the instructions (very easy) to get the link to the extension. You'll find it like this image...
Now, click the blue button that says "Add to Chrome" at the upper right hand...
Once you click it, it will ask you to confirm that you want to add the extension to your browser like this image...
Click the "Add Extension" button...This will add it to your browser.
Step 2: Register the extension
Once you install it, click on the icon in your browser (it will be grey at this point.) It will open a window like this one...
All you need to do is to enter your email address and congratulations... You have activated the product finder tool. It will now turn orange in your browser when you perform an Amazon search...
This means it is ready to be used to find you products of high sales volume and low competition.
Step 3: Open Amazon and perform a search
The next step to use the tool is to open Amazon.com and do whatever search you want...
In this example, I'll suppose that you know the category and the keyword you want to search in, but you can always search using other search criteria like using the "best sellers" for example. When you watch the video I recommended above (the one here,) you'll learn a unique way to discover new product opportunities even though you don't know the category or keyword you want to search for...
Let's do a search for "can opener" in the "Home and Kitchen" category...
Step 4: Open The Profit Miner Tool
Once the search results page finishes loading, click the orange icon of the extension in the bar of your Chrome browser...
It will give you a window similar to the one below...
What you see now is the results synced from the first page of Amazon search results. As you look at the red arrow, you can click "load next page" to load the second page of search results then the third page and so on...
Also when you look right to the red arrow, you see a download button. When you click it, it will open your results in a spreadsheet (.CSV file) with all the corresponding columns added for you.
Now we need to apply some filters...
Step 5: Apply The ASM 11 Criteria
These criteria are specific filters based on 7 years of experience from the Amazing Selling Machine instructors. The goal of these filters is to find the best opportunities in regard to high selling volume with low competition.

I've loaded 6 pages of search results, then clicked the "filters" tab in the tool, then added the recommended filters which ended in this result:
As you see, I have started with 144 products and ended with only 4 (2 of the 6 results above are ads. you can click on the "ads" tab to hide the ads.)
You can then click the orange link of each product which will take you to the Amazon product listing of this product to further analyze it.
To be honest, before I do this search, I was thinking of the stainless steel can opener, but as you see I ended finding 4 product opportunities and all of them are electric can openers!
Let's compare this automated search to the manual search
It took me literally less than 3 minutes to get these results with few clicks...
If you want to do this process manually, you will need to open every product on the search results page and see if the criteria apply or not. Every time you find a product that meets the criteria you add it to a spreadsheet (for organizational purposes.)
Now, how many pages you need to open in the above example? Correct, 144 pages. When I first started, there were no tools like this, so this process can take you 4 hours to finish (apart from the frustration it causes.) Trust me, I used to spend days searching for products before these tools appear in the market.
Which option do you prefer? The manual or the automatic? LOL
You can play with the tool as you like and try to change the criteria and apply yours. It's open to all possibilities.
